Rules and Regulations for Admission

- The age of the student in primary level at the time of admission should not be less than 5 years
- In order to enter the 2nd level of memorization, the student must complete the correction of the Qur’an as well as the Nazra. Otherwise, the admission will not be possible
- The age of the student should be about 10 years for admission in Darul-Iqama
- For admission to this institution, it is necessary to wear formal clothes as well as Shariah compliant
- It is important for every student to follow all the rules and regulations of the institution
- Darul-Iqama students will not be allowed to go home without permission. If a student goes home without notification, the institution will not be responsible for it.
- If a student remains absent for 10 days without taking leave, his/her name will be removed from the institution.
- The student of Darul Qama will not be allowed to do any kind of drugs etc. or to have a mobile phone or to do any illegal work while staying in the premises of the institution.
- In the admission form, the student should enter his name and address correctly and also the mobile number so that the guardian can be notified if necessary.
- It will be necessary to observe the observance of lessons and study and repetition, teaching manners and respect for the classroom
- It is necessary to pay the duties and obligations, especially to perform five prayers in congregation
- Politeness and civility in words and deeds must be observed at all times
- Clothing should be kept clean, smoking, cigarettes, etc. should be avoided
- Average annual attendance should be 75% in case of illness 65% is mandatory
- It is important to protect all the properties of the institution, damaging them in any way will be a serious crime
- Adherence to the guideline will be necessary from time to time by the Government
Affidavit from the student
I declare under oath that the above box is completely correct and true and I have read all the instructions and rules carefully, so I sincerely promise that I will abide by the above instructions and during my stay. I will not give any opportunity to the head of the Madrasa to complain, God willing, and the action the head of the Madrasa will suggest for me in the crime of violating the instructions and laws will be accepted by me and I will have no right to appeal against him outside the Madrasa. Also, I make Hazrat Mahtamim Sahib or his representative as a lawyer to receive Zakat on my behalf and spend it on all expenses of Madrasa.
